Real estate investors, wholesalers and realtors. I sell for Property Leads, a software enabled lead delivery platform that sends prequalified, county filtered, high intent seller leads to investors on a prepaid, pay per lead basis and integrates with their CRMs.
Home services. The same model is expanding into home services, starting with roofing, with HVAC and other trades planned.
Creative direction and marketing agency work (developer, designer, account manager), real estate sales on Mexico's Pacific coast, and contract sales of legal services on payment plans, handled through to signature. I also build my own tools, including an AI coaching tool that suggests questions during live sales calls.
What ties it together is the mix: I can sell, I understand marketing and creative, and I am comfortable building the systems behind it.
